Jon is a highly experienced and in-demand mastering engineer. His credits include John Mayall, Norah Jones, Tori Amos and Van Morrison. He has worked re-mastering legendary recordings by The Who, Led Zeppelin, George Harrison and Fairport Convention.


Jon began his career as recording engineer at the legendary Olympic Studios in London working on sessions with artists like The Eagles and David Bowie.

As a producer, he is best known for his work with The Who (co-production with Glyn Johns) on the 1978 Who Are You album and also Eric Clapton’s “Just One Night”.

He has produced, re-mixed and arranged for Debbie Harry, Paul Rogers and Pete Townsend, amongst others.

His mastering career began in 1996 and projects have included Tori Amos, John Mayall, Norah Jones, Van Morrison, KT Tunstall, Tom McRae and Damien Dempsey.

Re-mastering credits include supervision of all The Who’s vast back catalogue including Tommy and Quadraphenia DVDs and reissues by Bad Company, Led Zeppelin, George Harrison, The Zombies, Fairport Convention, Neil Diamond.
