Phill Brown

Phill Brown is a highly esteemed British recording engineer and producer with a career spanning over five decades, beginning at the legendary Olympic Studios in 1967.

Known for his meticulous approach and distinctive sound, Brown has lent his talents to an extraordinary list of seminal albums, working with iconic artists such as Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones (including Beggars Banquet), Led Zeppelin (on tracks like "Stairway to Heaven"), Bob Marley, David Bowie, Traffic, Roxy Music, and Talk Talk, among many others.

His deep understanding of analogue recording and dedication to the craft have made him a revered figure in the music industry, documented in his autobiography, Are We Still Rolling? Studios, Drugs & Rock 'n' Roll.

MALCOLM BURN

Malcolm Burn is a Grammy Award-winning Canadian music producer, recording engineer, and musician renowned for his evocative and sonically rich productions.

Starting his career as the lead singer and keyboardist for the 1980s band Boys Brigade, Burn transitioned into production, becoming a close collaborator with Daniel Lanois on seminal albums for artists like Bob Dylan and The Neville Brothers.

He has since produced acclaimed works for a diverse range of artists including Emmylou Harris (whose Red Dirt Girl earned him a Grammy), Iggy Pop, John Mellencamp, Patti Smith, and Midnight Oil, establishing himself as a highly respected figure in the music industry.

Mark Howard

Mark Howard is a highly acclaimed Canadian record producer, engineer, and mixer with a career spanning decades.

He is known for his work with an impressive roster of iconic artists including Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, The Tragically Hip, Lucinda Williams, Willie Nelson, Marianne Faithfull, Emmylou Harris, U2, Peter Gabriel, R.E.M., and Neil Young.

Jon Astley

Jon Astley is a highly respected British mastering engineer, producer, and musician with a career spanning decades.

Renowned for his meticulous ear and technical expertise, he is particularly celebrated for his extensive work on the back catalog of The Who, diligently remastering their iconic albums for reissues. Beyond The Who, Astley has applied his mastering artistry to a vast array of prominent artists, including ABBA, George Harrison, Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Tori Amos, and Judas Priest, consistently delivering sonic clarity and impact to their recordings from his "Close To The Edge" mastering studio.

Simon Campbell

Simon is a veteran musician with 48 years of full-time experience. He's a highly sought-after expert in music production and recording, particularly known for his mastery of vintage techniques and live, in-room ensemble recording.

His career began in the 1970s and 80s, where he honed his skills as a session guitarist, contributing to numerous studio albums and hundreds of live performances. It was during this time that he absorbed the "old school" engineering and production methods that continue to make his expertise so valuable today.

A highlight of his career was working with "Little Brother," where he collaborated with the legendary Big Jim Sullivan and Derek Lawrence. They co-produced the band's album for Line Records (Polydor Germany), an experience Simon describes as "fabulous!"

Simon has a long-standing commitment to staying current with advancements in sound recording. He has been a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) since 1988.

Christian Madden

Hammond Organ, piano & synthesizers

Christian Madden is a highly accomplished British session keyboard player, producer, and a founding member of the transatlantic psychedelic band The Earlies.

With over thirty years of experience in touring and recording, specializing in Hammond organ and vintage synthesizers, Madden has played with a wide array of notable artists including Paul Heaton, Cherry Ghost, King Creosote, and Steve Cropper.

He has extensively toured and recorded with Liam Gallagher, performing on headline arena tours across Europe, North and South America, and Asia, and has appeared on major television shows like Jimmy Fallon and Jools Holland.

Most recently, Madden has joined the touring lineup of the reunited Oasis, playing keyboards for their "Oasis Live '25" tour alongside Liam and Noel Gallagher.

Hugo Danin

Drums & percussion

Hugo Danin is widely recognized as one of Portugal's finest drummers.

His extensive training includes studies with some of the world's greatest drummers in both Spain and New York, shaping his exceptional talent. In 2001, he established Atelier de Percussão, a renowned school and creative center, and has authored two instructional drum books: Criatividade Ritmica and The Drumming Track Concept.

Hugo maintains a busy schedule as both a teacher and a live/studio musician, regularly performing with many of Portugal's top artists, including the acclaimed Mariza and Pedro Abrunhosa.

His expertise is further highlighted by his endorsements with leading brands like Sonor drums and Sabian Cymbals.

Steve Gibson

Drums & percussion

Steve is a phenomenal musician with a rich history of collaborations and global tours.

He's been signed to Polydor and A&M Records, and has shared the stage with a diverse range of acclaimed artists, including Maggie Bell, Van Morrison, Jack Bruce, The Icicle Works, Madeline Bell and the Buzzcocks.

More recently, he's toured with Larry Garner, The Norman Beaker Band, Sad Cafe, Starlite & Campbell and Chris Farlowe. Steve is also an official endorsee for Paiste and Sakae drums.

Jonny Henderson

Hammond Organ, piano & clavinet

Jonny Henderson stands out as a profoundly respected Hammond Organ virtuoso, celebrated for his tireless dedication to the instrument both on stage and in the studio. His formidable talent has taken him across the globe, sharing stages with an impressive roster of artists including Grammy-nominated guitar giant Robben Ford, innovative British blues sensation Matt Schofield, multi-award-winning bluesman Ian Siegal, and blues icon Otis Rush.

In the studio, Jonny is an invaluable asset, known for his ability to instinctively craft and record captivating parts with remarkable speed and creativity. His exceptional skill has been officially recognized; he was voted Keyboard Player of the Year at the prestigious British Blues Awards in both 2010 and 2011. Further demonstrating his versatility and compositional prowess, Jonny released his own instrumental funk/jazz album, 'Where Did I Leave My Keys?', in 2009.

FREDY V

VOCALS, BASS & PROGRAMMING

Fredy V is an acclaimed singer, songwriter, and musical director celebrated for his versatile, genre-bending approach. He is a seasoned vocalist known for his expressive delivery and ability to craft dynamic vocal arrangements and harmonies in both studio and live settings. Fredy also uniquely blends fluid bass grooves with Afro and funk-driven rhythms, adding a magnetic presence to his projects.

Based between Portugal's Silver Coast and Montreal, Fredy V brings a global perspective to his collaborations. His extensive experience includes eight seasons as musical director for prime-time television in Canada, leading his band Fredy V & The Foundation at major festivals, and working with Grammy-winning artists like Snarky Puppy. An intuitive musician skilled in bass, vocals, and programming, Fredy V is highly sought after for his ability to elevate and inspire any musical endeavor.

Elliot Henshaw

ELLIOT HENSHAW

Drums

Elliott has been an in demand drummer for many years now working with artists and bands that include; Shirley Bassey, John Lord, Paul Anka, Michael Ball, Jane McDonald, Tony Christie, Leo Sayer, David Benoit, Russell Watson, Tony Hadley, The BBC Big Band, The Drifters, Gwen Dickie, Georgie Fame, Bob Mintzer, Mike Stern, Eric Marienthal, Beverley knight, The Real Thing, Sheridan Smith and Phil Collins.

He has played on over 20 West End shows that include; Lion King, Come From Away, Dear Evan Hansen and Bat Out Of Hell.

Elliott also finds time to run his own group - The Elliott Henshaw Band and co-run Spice Fusion, an 18 piece big band.

Elliott plays Ludwig drums, Zildjian cymbals, Vater sticks, Aquarian heads, Protection Racket cases and the Porter & Davies BC2.

Gabriele Del Vecchio

Piano & pasta

Born in Naples, Gabriele began playing piano at age ten going on to study at Asociación Napolitana de Jazz with Mario Insegna. In 2003 he formed ‘Sunset in Blue’ and recorded the critically acclaimed album ‘Faced to the Sun’ playing most major Italian blues festivals

In 2005, Gabriele moved to Valencia and played with  Trapobana, Los Fabulosos Blueshakers, Relevo de Plata, Tonky de la Peña then becoming a member 'Los Perros del Boogie' who supported AC/DC on the Spanish leg of their world tour.

He is a fabulous piano player and makes great pasta.

SUZY STARLITE

Bass, piano, synthesizers & vocals

Suzy is a highly sought-after bassist and vocalist, celebrated for her profound understanding of the "groove"—the rhythmic foundation that drives music and compels listeners.

Her distinctive sound is marked by a "fabulous tone" that enriches any track, coupled with "impeccable timing" ensuring a tight, expressive performance.

With extensive experience in both live performance and studio sessions, Suzy is an indispensable asset, known for her ability to quickly arrange and deliver intricate vocal harmony parts.

Her expertise has garnered attention from leading industry publications, with features in Bass Guitar Magazine and No Treble, and she is a regular contributor to Bass Musician Magazine, sharing her insights with the wider bass community.

Amongst others, she is a Mike Lull, Fylde Guitars, Sequential, Scott Dixon, and Bergantino Amplification endorsee.

Simon has been a dedicated full-time musician for 49 years, making him a highly experienced and sought-after talent.

Throughout the 1970s and 80s, he built a strong reputation as a session guitarist, contributing to numerous studio albums and performing in hundreds of live shows.

He is particularly renowned for his distinctive guitar tone, achieved through his extensive collection of guitars, amplifiers, and effects. Simon has collaborated in the studio with legendary figures such as Big Jim Sullivan and Derek Lawrence, and his expertise is recognized through his endorsements with several world-class music brands, including Celestion, Sequential, Scott Dixon, Fylde Guitars and Curt Mangan Strings.

Constança is passionate about cooking, I love flavors, colors and textures.

As well as observing people's reactions to my food, exploring and discovering new flavors and cultures.

She had a degree in Tourism Business Management and a degree in Pastry and Kitchen Management.

Constança supports local producers and promotes the use of fresh seasonal products, in a cuisine that is mostly plant-based.

Filipe Santos

CHEF

Filipe pours his heart into every dish he creates. He has a special love for traditional Portuguese cuisine and masterful grilling.

His dedication also extends to the art of sushi, where he spends countless hours perfecting his craft to create fabulous rolls with the freshest fish and seafood.
